As we continue to implement new processes for event management, each aspect of our workflow is being reviewed and updated where necessary. New EMS statuses have been developed; a document detailing those new statuses and their definitions is included below to replace our current list. This can also be found on the Resources & Documentation page HERE; go to Event Coordinators -> Guides -> EMS. Please review the new workflow to familiarize yourself with the new statuses. As part of the rollout of these changes, some of the current statuses we use will be deactivated and reservations in those statuses will be converted to the new ones.

This status conversion will happen in phases:

- Upcoming reservations
- Completed reservations in the current fiscal year
- Completed reservations in previous fiscal years
**You do not need to make these changes manually.** There will be a full audit of reservations in EMS and changes to each reservation will be made based on their current status.
Examples:

- All reservations currently set to Event Completed will be changed to PND Post-Event Billing.

- All internal reservations set to Confirmed will be changed to Services Confirmed. (a further review of each one will be needed after the conversion to determine whether they can be set to Event Ready)
As mentioned above, all upcoming reservations will be converted first. This process will take place from Friday, May 16th at 5:00pm to Monday, May 19th at 9:00am. EMS will be unavailable during that weekend to allow for these changes. Please review all of your upcoming reservations and make sure they’re updated and in the correct status prior to this conversion.
